Audrey Wrobel

LCSW

Audrey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and continuing education provider specializing in perinatal mental health, reproductive trauma, and bereavement care. Drawing from her extensive background in maternal health, she brings both clinical expertise and compassionate insight to her trainings for mental health professionals.

During her work as a medical social worker in a Pittsburgh maternity setting, Audrey developed and implemented a perinatal bereavement program that offered structured support to families navigating pregnancy and infant loss. This program became a foundation for her passion in training clinicians to recognize grief, hold space for trauma, and provide evidence-based, family-centered care in some of life’s most difficult moments.

Audrey’s continuing education offerings focus on perinatal loss, grief processing, trauma-informed care, and the unique needs of NICU families. She equips providers with practical tools to help clients rebuild their sense of self, strengthen resilience, and feel less isolated in the aftermath of loss.

With a deep understanding of the healthcare system, Audrey also emphasizes the importance of supporting providers themselves, whose experiences of grief and trauma often go unrecognized. Her trainings are known for creating an environment where clinicians feel both informed and inspired to integrate new approaches into their practice.
