Grounded in Nature: Restoring the Healthcare Practitioner Through Mind-Body Healing
Healthcare professionals are experiencing unprecedented levels of burnout, compassion fatigue, secondary traumatic stress, and moral injury. This experiential, evidence-informed course combines neuroscience, somatic psychology, mindfulness, and nature-based interventions to help clinicians regulate their nervous systems, strengthen resilience, and cultivate post-traumatic growth. A non-refundable deposit of $500 USD is required to reserve your spot.
Monthly payments will begin the month following your deposit.
Your monthly payment amount will be calculated based on your remaining balance and the number of months until the final payment due date.
Participants are responsible for booking and paying for their own airfare. Flights are not included in the retreat price.
